Education of the child is the joint responsibility of both parents and teachers. Parents have to train their children in developing a sound character and instilling a sense of responsibility towards their duties. Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the school for the implementation of proper discipline, character, knowledge and wisdom of their children.

1. Parents are requested to read the rules and regulations of the school.

2. Parents are asked to check, acknowledge and sign the school calendar for daily records of homework, late attendance, leave, default, circular and details of portion, Timetable for the examinations.

3. Parents are requested to see the endorsements made by the teachers and to communicate details through the hand book.

4. Parents who seek any information should contact the office.

5. Parents are not permitted to enter the class room to speak with the teachers during the school hours. They can meet the teachers regarding the child’s progress after getting permission from the Head of the institution.

6. Change of address and telephone no. if any, should be intimated to the school office.

7. Parents are welcome to meet the Head of the Institution to get first hand information about their children’s progress and conduct and also to make any suggestions.

8. Parents have to attend the academic meeting, school functions and Open Day compulsorily. Parents should attend the Open Day of each term compulsorily or whenever they are called.

9. Parents should ensure that their children are regular and punctual to the school and do the homework, Project work and studies assigned to them.

10. Parents are requested to observe the rules and regulations of the school and maintain the decorum of the institution.

11. With regard to conduct and discipline, students should always bear in mind the good name of the institution.
